Todd is a member of BICSI and is a RCDD, OSP, Lan Specialist, the Building Industry Consulting Services International organization, and is on the board of its Educational Standard Committee. He served as its Western Region Director during years 2010 through 2014. BICSI is a multi-million dollar non-profit association covering 140 countries. It is the worldwide preeminent source of information, education and knowledge assessment for the constantly evolving information transportation industry.
For over his three decade career with the University of California, Irvine, he was responsible for the design, engineering, estimating, and supervising of the installation of all communications equipment on all buildings within the university campus. He collaborated with architects and engineers to design and strategize the implementation of the infrastructure communications facilities on existing and future building construction.
Todd’s educational background encompasses numerous engineering certifications including the University of California, Irvine Microcomputer and Digital Systems Engineering Program, specializing in Telecommunications Engineering.
